Learn more about India Payroll Service

A payslip, often called a salary slip, is a document that companies give to employees each time they receive their pay. The payslip mainly informs the employee of his or her gross salary, deductions and remaining net salary. The payslip also serves as documentation of the salary and employment.

A payslip is required by law in many countries such as India. Themis Partner allows you to design payslips for use in India, which are fully customised to incorporate company information as well as individual employee details.

What does a Payslip contain?

This Payslip Template has separate components. The top section contains information on the firm and its employees. The top right contains payment information as well as a message box where you may insert extra information such as how many vacation days your employee has remaining.

➤ Earnings displays the hourly wage and other payment amounts by category.
➤ The Deductions section details the taxes, insurance, and other sums withdrawn or deducted from gross pay.
